Ancora problemi con le spedizioni postali

Gentili Clienti, purtroppo in questo periodo con le spedizioni, stiamo vivendo un momento molto difficile.
La nostra è una azienda che lavora fondamentalmente online, pertanto è logico capire come siamo strettamente legati ai tempi di consegna e al servizio che offriamo.
Uno dei nostri principali partner commerciali sono le Poste Italiane, questo nel bene e nel male è la realtà. Generalmente il servizio è efficiente, veloce nella consegna e sicuro nel trasporto.
Purtroppo però l' ufficio postale nel quale ci appoggiamo per far partire la merce, ha avuto ancora una volta dei problemi tecnici.

Venerdì 9 abbiamo portato i pacchi da spedire che però a causa di un problema tecnico dell' ufficio, non sono stati inviati.
Sabato 10 abbiamo avuto la brutta notizia e abbiamo saputo che il tecnico addetto avrebbe risolto il loro problema solo al lunedì 12 novembre.
Facile capire come i pacchi siano stati inviati solamente da martedì 13 ben 4 giorni dopo ....
Ci troviamo nella spiacevole situazione di dare ancora una volta spiegazioni ai nostri clienti, speriamo vivamente che questi problemi siano risolti.
Gentili clienti, sperando le cose possano cambiare in meglio, per il momento vi chiediamo di avere pazienza e di segnalarci qualsiasi anomalia nelle consegne.
