Anyone who enjoy being heard. Aim therefore your full attention to the person who is talking to you, trying first to understand the meaning of what you're saying - it seems trivial, but unfortunately it is not. Do not interrupt the speaker, nor finished the sentences of those who are a bit 'long in the show. The verbiage is very annoying, but it can be a sign of insecurity or little clarity of thought. It can not make a blame anyone, so you have the patience to wait. It is allowed only stop when the person speaking to you is beginning to tell an episode or a concept that was explained above.

A chiunque fa piacere essere ascoltati. Rivolgete dunque la vostra completa attenzione alla persona che vi sta parlando, cercando innanzitutto di capire il senso di quello che vi sta dicendo – sembra banale ma sfortunatamente non lo è. Non interrompete chi parla, né finite le frasi di chi è un po' lungo nell'esposizione. La prolissità è decisamente fastidiosa, ma può essere indice di insicurezza o di poca limpidezza di pensiero. Non se ne può fare una colpa a nessuno, pertanto abbiate la pazienza di aspettare. É consentito interrompere solo nel caso in cui la persona che vi parla stia cominciando a raccontare un episodio o un concetto che vi aveva già esposto in precedenza.
